A 10 year Anniversary for St. Michael’s

On Sunday 25th June, it will be exactly ten years since we first began to use St.Michael's church building in Audley. Over those years we have seen great blessings poured out on us. Our church membership has gone from eight to around sixty and our little church has grown more beautiful by the week. Much hard work has been done by many quietly and anonymously and a great deal of money and time have been freely sacrificed. The church at Audley has been consecrated by Bishop John and sanctified by the prayers which have been faithfully offered there.

There will, of course, be the usual Sunday services on 25th June but how would you like to celebrate our fellowship together after the worship? There will not be much time to plan and arrange things. Perhaps we could at least have a parish photograph and a meal somewhere together.

Please make early suggestions and talk together about it. Let us joyfully acknowledge the great blessings which God has given us.

If you have any items for the newsletter, please e-mail Simon Harvey at simon.harvey@stoke.gov.uk or else leave a copy of your submission with Father Samuel or with Simon at church. Ideally, submissions should be made by the 15th of the month to get into the following month’s edition. Exceptions may be made in emergencies.
